Populous C Scripter updated

I’ve released a new version of my Populous Scripter. I fixed some bugs with the compiler and have added a lot of features to the editing environment.
- Auto scripter implemented. Select File then New… or press Ctrl-N to initiate the wizard.
- New colour scheme for windows controls (blue & orange style)
- Custom controls implemented to make the experience more pleasant.
- Script decompiler implemented. (However, all Bullfrog scripts are provided pre-decompiled). Warning: Decompiler is not completely bug free, it was designed for a quick iteration of the scripts only. I may go back to this if demand is high enough.
- Intellisense! I have added the capability for intellisense which by pressing Ctrl-Space will bring up a small menu listing all functions and Populous variables.
