Populous C Scripter Updated!

I have made improvements to the scripter.
Changes include:
- less dll requirements. (new combined dll containing all my Windows controls library and anything needed by it).
- MDI environment controls added.
- error log no longer opens automatically, press Ctrl-L or go to Script->View log to open the last generated error log.
To install:
Please remove old version from system and unzip this version to that location. Although one of the dlls has the same name as one contained within the old version, it is NOT the same one.
You will need the latest .net framework patches, and at least version 2.0.
Windows XP minimum.
